Our original club (Hamilton Trap Club) originally started in January 1947. HTC was a 501c7 up until end of 2024. Bitterroot Sporting Club was born January 2023, this is a 501c3.

We are a volunteer only club, we started with a group on men interested in trap shooting that organized the HTC, Purpose of this club was to promote trap and 5-stand (added in 2005) shooting among the residents of Ravalli County,

With the timeless hours of volunteers, we have grown today to over 500 members. Utilized by local schools, Boy Scouts, Teller Wildlife Refuge, Triple Creek Ranch, many others.

We are open Wednesdays and Sundays 12 noon til last shooter.
